Tazi focused on her self-worth while competing in Perfect Match. "The first step is being honest with yourself, and that's a hard exercise," she says. "I built everything you saw on the show from my own experience: how to deal with love, how to deal with myself. This is lifelong work. It's been very challenging, but you also learn a lot. At the end of the day, I was happy I didn't really question my self-worth based on whether a man would pick me or not."
Tazi supports her skin health through regular facials at her favorite spa in Casablanca. "A professional-grade facial helps maintain the skin's natural elasticity through refining the texture of the skin," says lead aesthetician Lisa Lincoln. "Facials also contribute to cellular regeneration which helps our skin prevent premature aging."
Tazi says the attention from being on Perfect Match was not easy to deal with. "Overall, I would say I'm doing OK, but I've been trying to make sure that I'm looking after myself, so I'm spending a lot of time by myself," she says. "I'm more stressed than usual because this is just crazy. I'm doing a lot of meditation, a lot of grounding, a lot of moments without my phone, and a lot of nice dinners and wine bars with my friends. So, I'm doing fine, but it's a fine thread."
Tazi is a big fan of delicious pistachios, especially in a typical Middle Eastern dessert. "They have nutrients like vitamin B6, which promotes blood flow by helping to carry oxygen through the bloodstream to cells," says the Cleveland Clinic. "Vitamin B6 also promotes immune and nervous system health."
Tazi needs alone time to focus on her inner self. "Loneliness is so underrated," she says. "I love to have my alone time, so it was so hard because you're always with people. Sometimes I would just take a book and put my face in the book—I wouldn't even be reading. [It was] just to make sure I had a moment where no one was looking at me. Or even when I put my makeup on, those were moments where I was like, OK, Ines, reconnect."
