Rihanna brings out some stunning bright colors (makeup and clothes) as the cover girl of Harper’s Bazaar‘s May 2019 issue.
The makeup maven and actress showed off her killer curves in some wild and amazing couture. The girlfriend of Saudi Arabian businessman Hassan Jameel wore haute couture Givenchy and John Galliano.
Glenda Bailey, Editor in Chief of Harper’s Bazaar, said in a statement about Rihanna’s issue: “The incredible feat of design that is couture fashion calls for an equally impressive person to wear it. Our cover star, Rihanna, is fully up to the task. The multitalented artist, entertainer, and entrepreneur wears museum-worthy masterpieces ranging from rainbow Givenchy to embellished Chanel with a confident ease.”

Rihanna also worked with GQ fashion director Mobolaji Dawodu for her critically-acclaimed movie, Guava Island with Donald Glover.
Mobolaji called Rihanna a queen and had this to add: “One of the ways about making it realistic was about using the resources that were there. We just had to act like that shit wasn’t coming back. And it didn’t, so we just had to adapt. I think it was good that I’ve been on location all over the world doing that so I don’t really trip out.”
